This feels hard because it is hard. You’re a passionate, purpose-driven individual who has never not made things happen at work and in your personal life - except suddenly, you’re spinning in place, unsure of what’s next in your career. Or you may be an employer, eager to support the growth and development of your folks, but lacking the time or expertise to support in the ways you want to.
You may be feeling bored by your job, or like you’ve gone as far as you can go in your current field. Or maybe you love your job, but can’t imagine doing it without burnout.
If you’re an employer, perhaps you’re looking to support folks experiencing those symptoms, or maybe you’re looking for a coach to align and support your staff to meet their development goals.

Basic Leadership
This package is for clients who have one “big rock” that they want to focus on in coaching. Shorter-term in scope, this engagement includes a quick “get to know you session” and four 45-minute coaching sessions, usually over the course of two months. Between sessions, you’ll have homework to complete to ensure you’re making the growth you seek. Clients who wish to add additional sessions are always welcome to do so.
Rate: $1,200
Exploratory Leadership
A great option for doers who have unexpectedly arrived at an impass. This longer-term engagement provides eight 45-minute coaching sessions over four - eight months where we’ll explore self-limiting beliefs and what’s really holding you back. We’ll dive into your values and purpose and set the stage for you to move forward in a way that feels right. This package includes a complementary goal setting session to kick us off on the right foot.
Rate: $2,200
Premier Leadership
The elite coaching experience is a six month - one year long engagement with twelve 45-minute coaching sessions. The premier package includes a complementary goal setting session (aligned to your work 360 or other data, if you choose) and one post-engagement follow up a month after coaching has completed. This is a fantastic option for people who have a lot to explore, big goals to accomplish, and are truly ready to make a change.
Rate: $3,400
It’s very important to me that this work be accessible for all indviduals. Thus, if my rates feel like a financial burden, please reach out anyway. We’ll talk about a way to make coaching work for you.
